Ludeking, President
Judson
established CRM April 30, 1984. His background was as a loss control
specialist in the construction industry. Judson's specialty is OSHA
negotiation; he advises clients in the best option to consider when
trying to settle an OSHA citation. Judson is the man to call when an
OSHA citation lands on your desk. He also drafts written policies and
procedures, conducts sales calls, responds to emergency calls, and is
responsible for overall administration of CRM.

Sawyer
Bill
has been working as a Certified Safety Professional since 1993 at
CRM. Bill’s main focus is assisting clients to develop
solutions to reduce the cost of workers
compensation insurance. Besides being a Certified Safety
professional he is also a competent Associate in Loss Control
Management, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, and an associate in
Risk Management. Bill is continuing his education in CSP and IIA/CPCU.
Bill recieved his degree in Marine Engineering from Maine
Maritime Academy in 1957. We are happy to have him aboard.

Touhey
Dave
is a Safety Manager who has accumulated twenty years of Safety
experience after serving in the US Navy for twenty years. Though the bulk of his
experience has been in construction, Dave has also been a Safety
Director at a Paper Mill and a major newspaper. He served for four
years as a consultant to employers on workers compensation. Dave is
currently managing a self insured group made up of 35 companies. He
also is the New England representative for the The Graham Co. of
Philadelphia who is providing the insurance coverage and loss control
services for the Harvard Universtiy OCIP program. Dave fills in the
gaps in the field as an inspector, auditor, expert witness, and
trainer.

Thomas
Taylor
Tom has been in the
Construction Trades since his return from Vietnam in 1968. He graduated from Keene State College Summa
Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety Studies. He is qualified to train clients in what is commonly
known as the OSHA 30 hour and OSHA 10 hour for the Construction Trades. Tom is qualified in Manual and Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (i.e. Tom can help you set up a safe work zone on the highway). He is also qualified as an MSHA trainer for
providing the original 40 hour and the required 8 hour annual training for
those who work at quarries, gravel/sand pits, and other surface mines. He performs comprehensive safety audits for
clients in both the Construction Trades and the General Industry Trades.

Armand
Bisson
Armand
worked as a safety manager for Lucent for 25 years. While at Lucent he
was a key player in helping Lucent receive star status in OSHA's
voluntary protection plan. He also owned and operated a residential
building and remodeling company. He has been with CRM for five years
and has experience with both CFR 1910 and 1926, as well as NFPA 70E.

Gary
Quint
After
working as a New Hampshire State Trooper for 20 years, Gary came to CRM
in 2002. He works as a qualified Safety Specialist and 1910
OSHA approved General Instructor. Gary came to CRM as an intern from
Keene State, and after completing a B.S. in Occupational Safety joined
CRM full-time. He also does Accident/Incident
investigations, and overall safety training, and is a National Safety
Council Defensive Driving Instructor.

Raymond
Stafford
Ray
have been involved in safety for over 25 years and in heavy
construction for 15. He worked on the Deer Island project for 5
years and the Big Dig for 5 years. He's an OSHA Outreach Trainer for 10
& 30 Hour programs, trained in trenching and shoring, confined
space, HAZMAT, CPR, and First Aid. Ray is the current administrator of a self-insured group of contractors in Massachusetts.

Tobin
Bill
is a safety specialist who is adept at identifying hazards on
jobsites and communicating with employees on site in describing these
hazards. He has 36 years of experience in heavy and medium
construction, as well as extensive formal training in construction
safety and loss control skills. Bill typically services the greater
Rhode Island area. Bill has excelled at responding to OSHA inspections
at client's sites.

Charlie Kane
Charlie has been in the construction and safety professions since working at a construction site located at a multiple unit nuclear power plant in 1978. He has worked as a Health and Safety Officer for the construction of a large waste-water treatment plant, and has served as the Safety and Loss Control Director for a construction company operating multiple projects across New England.

James Tobey
James has worked as a safety professional for 45 years. He began his career with the United States Air Force, serving domestically and abroad on three different continents. James started his career with the USAF as a safety technician– ultimately becoming the Chief of Safety, Headquarters Air Force District of Washington. It was in that role that James was charged with administrating the safety and health program for the Air Force District of Washington National Capital Region. James retired from active duty in 1990 and joined OSHA as a Compliance Safety and Health Officer in the Concord, NH office. He has been on the CRM staff since 2008.

Brian Stevens
Brian received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from Dartmouth College. He
will be assisting CRM in several areas including hazard communication
standard, chemical safety in commercial and institutional laboratories,
and assisting clients in promoting and administering "green building
technologies." In 2008, Brian was certified as a Chemical Hygiene Officer by the National Registry of Certified Chemists (NRCC-CHO).

George Tuetken
After graduating from Rutgers and receiving a commission as a lieutenant from the Army Corps of Engineers at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, George spent 14 years in Springfield, MA as a Safety Specialist for OSHA. He was an OSHA safety manager in San Jose, CA and in Providence, RI until he retired in 2004. Since then, he has worked part-time
as a construction site safety representative at the Newport Navy Base and as safety director for Century Drywall.

Lonna Blais
Lonna began her career in safety working at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, first as Radiological Control Technician, and later as Lead Industrial Hygienist for Naval Medical Command at the shipyard. In 1998 Lonna started her career as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) working for OSHA out of the Concord, NH office. Lonna is an OSHA 10- and 30-hour outreach trainer for Construction, General Industry, and Maritime. She also teaches in the Safety and Occupational Health Applied Sciences program at Keene State College.

Rich LeVinus
Rich comes to CRM after nearly 22 years with OSHA as a safety compliance officer. He served as a trainer and technical adviser as well as team leader for many of the agency’s most complex investigations in the New England Region. He has a very detailed working knowledge of OSHA standards, policies and interpretations in construction as well as general industry applications. Rich has significant experience with a wide range of industries including several types of construction, electrical power generation, pulp and paper mills, steel fabrication, landscaping, transportation, textiles, combustible dust handling, woodworking, agricultural, logging, heavy and light manufacturing, transportation, power generation, and marine and maritime.

Shawn has been with CRM since 2003. In addition to his role in the office, Shawn is a National Safety Council-certified CPR, AED, and First-Aid trainer.
