Judson Ludeking, President
  

Judson established CRM April 30, 1984. His background was as a loss control specialist in the construction industry. Judson's specialty is OSHA negotiation; he advises clients in the best option to consider when trying to settle an OSHA citation. Judson is the man to call when an OSHA citation lands on your desk. He also drafts written policies and procedures, conducts sales calls, responds to emergency calls, and is responsible for overall administration of CRM.
 
   

William Sawyer

  

Bill has been working as a Certified Safety Professional since 1993 at CRM.  Bill’s main focus is assisting clients to develop solutions to reduce the cost of workers compensation insurance.   Besides being a Certified Safety professional he is also a competent Associate in Loss Control Management, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, and an associate in Risk Management. Bill is continuing his education in CSP and IIA/CPCU. Bill recieved his degree in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy in 1957. We are happy to have him aboard.
 
   

David Touhey (Emeritus)
  

Dave is a Safety Manager who has accumulated twenty years of Safety experience after serving in the US Navy for twenty years. Though the bulk of his experience has been in construction, Dave has also been a Safety Director at a Paper Mill and a major newspaper. He served for four years as a consultant to employers on workers compensation. Dave is currently managing a self insured group made up of 35 companies. Dave fills in the gaps in the field as an inspector, auditor, expert witness, and trainer.
 
   
Thomas Taylor
  

Tom has been in the Construction Trades since his return from Vietnam in 1968.  He graduated from Keene State College Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety Studies.  He is qualified to train clients in what is commonly known as the OSHA 30 hour and OSHA 10 hour for the Construction Trades. Tom is qualified in Manual and Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (i.e. Tom can help you set up a safe work zone on the highway).  He is also qualified as an MSHA trainer for providing the original 40 hour and the required 8 hour annual training for those who work at quarries, gravel/sand pits, and other surface mines.  He performs comprehensive safety audits for clients in both the Construction Trades and the General Industry Trades.
 
   


Armand Bisson
  

Armand worked as a safety manager for Lucent for 25 years. While at Lucent he was a key player in helping Lucent receive star status in OSHA's voluntary protection plan. He also owned and operated a residential building and remodeling company. He has been with CRM since 2002 and has experience with both CFR 1910 and 1926, as well as NFPA 70E.
 
   


 William Tobin
  

Bill is a safety specialist who is adept at identifying hazards on jobsites and communicating with employees on site in describing these hazards. He has 36 years of experience in heavy and medium construction, as well as extensive formal training in construction safety and loss control skills. Bill typically services the greater Rhode Island area. Bill has excelled at responding to OSHA inspections at client's sites.
 
   


 Brian Stevens


Brian began working with CRM in 2006. He received his undergraduate degree from Skidmore College, and his Ph.D. in biochemistry from Dartmouth College. Brian has experience in residential construction, and specializes at CRM by supporting our clients varied program needs. He specializes in assisting clients with hazard communication, and recognizing and controlling chemical, biological, and radiological hazards. Brian has several years experience as a lifeguard, and is a National Safety Council-certified CPR, AED, and First-Aid trainer. Brian is certified as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) and an Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) by the Board of Certified safety Professionals, and as a Chemical Hygiene Officer by the National Registry of Certified Chemists (NRCC-CHO).










 
   

George Tuetken


After graduating from Rutgers and receiving a commission as a lieutenant from the Army Corps of Engineers at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, George spent 14 years in Springfield, MA as a Safety Specialist for OSHA. He was an OSHA safety manager in San Jose, CA and in Providence, RI until he retired in 2004. Since then, he has worked part-time as a construction site safety representative at the Newport Navy Base and as safety director for Century Drywall. 
 
   


 
Bill Lane


When he returned from Vietnam, Bill attended Plymouth State College, on the GI Bill. During the summer he worked on numerous construction projects, from high rise buildings for Davidson Construction to heavy highway construction with R.S. Audley. In 1998, following 18 years as a Foreman and Superintendent on highway and sitework projects and 8 years as an Aggregate Plant Manager for Tilcon, Bill began his career with MSHA. For the next 12 years he worked as a Mine Safety and Health Inspector out of the Manchester Field Office. During his last year with MSHA, he served as a Conference Litigation Representative to settle contested citations for the NE District. After leaving MSHA in 2010, Bill began working with CRM to provide Compliance Assistance, Safety Audits and citation conferencing for our clients in the Mining Industry. 











 
   



Rob Pinto

Rob joined Contractors Risk Management in 2010. In addition to consulting on site Rob also serves as a trainer, writes safety programs, and is an account representative for several clients. Rob is certified as a Construction Safety and Health Technician (CHST) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is a National Safety Council Certified CPR, AED and First Aid Trainer.
 
   
Rich LeVinus

Rich comes to CRM after nearly 22 years with OSHA as a safety compliance officer. He served as a trainer and technical adviser as well as team leader for many of the agency’s most complex investigations in the New England Region. He has a very detailed working knowledge of OSHA standards, policies and interpretations in construction as well as general industry applications. Rich has significant experience with a wide range of industries including several types of construction, electrical power generation, pulp and paper mills, steel fabrication, landscaping, transportation, textiles, combustible dust handling, woodworking, agricultural, logging, heavy and light manufacturing, transportation, power generation, and marine and maritime. 

   


 



Cassidy Clairmont


Cassidy began working with CRM in 2011. She started in the field working for a pipe fitting company at the Merrimack Station Power Plant and has B.S. in Occupational Safety from Keene State College, where she also studied Psychology. Cassidy has experience in the emergency services field and is passionate about emergency preparedness and incident response. Cassidy is a National Safety Council-certified CPR, AED and First Aid trainer. She also conducts trainings and inspections in the field and works out of the office writing and reviewing safety plans.














  
 



 


 



Greg Domingue
 

Greg worked as a Safety Director for a Construction Management firm for 22 years. The majority of his experience has been in commercial construction. In addition to his experience in Safety and Loss Control, Greg has also worked in Workers Compensation and Human Resources Administration during his career. He holds a BS in Industrial Technology coupled with ongoing training and certifications in safety related disciplines.
















   
 
  


Bruce Lawler


After a career in law enforcement, Bruce continued with his DOT Compliance and Accident Investigation Education.  He has worked as a delivery manager with the goal of Safety Training and DOT Compliance.  He was a Certified Accident Investigator by the State of New Hampshire. Bruce is  certified in Aerial Work Platform, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Fork Lift, and Respirator Fit Training































  
Lonnie Guin

Lonnie has received his Associate Degree in Construction and Certified Electrical Trades. He is an OHSA Board Certified Safety Professional and has a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety and Health. Lonnie has worked in the construction industry 35 years and is CPR/First-Aid certified.  Lonnie is also a certified Fork Lifts, Aerial Lifts (which include Boom Lifts), Scissor Lifts, and NFPA70E Trainer.


   Ken Goodwin

Ken served as a senior manager of safety and human resources for two Maine based construction companies before moving to Florida in 2011. He has been an authorized OSHA Instructor for Construction 10 and 30 hour courses as well as many other safety/construction management related courses. Ken currently inspects construction projects in Florida as well as US Navy and VA hospital construction projects on the East Coast.

Jim Holiday
